Bilingual Therapy for Life Transitions, Identity, and Emotional Wellbeing
I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges through a warm, evidence-based approach that is sensitive to cultural diversity.
Schedule a First SessionHello, I'm Laura Elizondo, a licensed psychologist in Costa Rica (professional license #11987), based in San Antonio de Escazú, San José, Costa Rica.
Many of the people I work with are navigating moments of change—feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next step. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and intention.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to explore your story, understand your patterns, and develop tools that genuinely support your well-being.
Having grown up between Costa Rica and Italy, I bring a deep sensitivity to cultural differences, the experience of living between worlds, and the challenges of identity, belonging, and transition.
Each therapeutic process is adapted to your history, your needs, and your pace. My priority is that you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
